Policies             NO MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE

• Renters will be required to sign and return a copy of the Ranch House Rental Contract.
• Half of Total payment is due to make reservation & the remainder  two weeks before arrival date.
• Please call or email to make a reservation.
• Cancellation notice needed two weeks before arrival date. Any payments made will be reimbursed except for a $100.00 processing fee.
• No shows will NOT be reimbursed.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN UNIT.
• Please do not throw cigarette butts on property.
• Please keep dogs on a leash.
• Please crate your dog while you are away.
• Please clean up after your dog.
• Any damages, excessive cleaning, or saturated smoke odor in cabin will result in additional charges.
• Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
• Late check out will result in additional $100.00 fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Please be considerate. This is our home and we want to make this your home away from home.
• Ranch House is open April 1st through October 31st
